Why I choose to work in education:

I love the Lord, love Art, love learning, and am blessed to have the opportunity to share these with the generation ahead.    

Why I choose to work at SJPIIA-HS:

The Lord led me here.

My Mission:

I want to offer students a deeper understanding of Art, provide them with varied experiences for artistic self expression, and instill a deep appreciation for the Lord's beauty and bounty.

Something to know about me personally:

I have three amazing sons in their mid twenties, a bossy but gorgeous old Morkie, and two interesting cats. I practice yoga, love to watch the sunrise, and read every day, including the bible.

I love chocolate, matcha green tea, NPAC, NYC and estate sales.

Education/Experience:

My degrees:

• MBA in management from New York University
• BA in Philosophy from BGSU, Ohio
• TECEP Art Ec-12.

Experience:

• Four years Art teaching-Montessori elementary school
•  Afterschool K-2 Art teaching
• Taught college level courses in strategic planning, ethics and logic
