Eucharistic Procession and Blessing of Throats

In honor of Catholic Schools Week, today we had a Eucharistic procession into all our high school and middle school classrooms.  We prayed for our students, parents, teachers, staff, and those that may be ill or in search of warmth this day.  We also lifted up all our Catholic schools around the world to continue forming students for this life and the next as they grow in enrollment.  After the brief prayer in each of the classroom, Bishop Carmody blessed the throats of all the students on this the Feast of St. Blaise.

The re-enrollment process has begun.  Yesterday, we turned off the total payment option for the enrollment fee when pushing submit at the end of the online re-enrollment process, since all families will now be able to break it up into three payments over the next three months.  If you have any questions, please contact Laura Okoniewski at [email protected]

Tennis

Update from the tennis team's first tournament of the season in Rockport on Tuesday!

Ann Ball won the consolation bracket in girl's singles and placed third.

Holden Linebrink was runner up in the consolation bracket in boy's singles.

Boy's Doubles Teams (James Washington & Logan Washington, Preston Bessant & Mario Martinez) lost their matches but fought hard and played great tennis.

Mixed Doubles Team (Emily Flores & Nicholas Urbina) lost their matches but also fought hard and played great.

Everyone competed well and had great attitudes throughout the day and we're very proud of all of them! A special shoutout to Emily, Nicholas, Preston, and Logan as this was their first tennis tournament ever!
