Meet Mrs. Yvette Leos
Hello! I am extremely blessed that I received a phone call to teach here at St. John Paul II High School which is the reason I have been here for going on 16 years. On a personal note: I am married and I have four children and two grandchildren, my youngest child is 13 years old. My Passion for being an English teacher comes from my love of reading and writing.

Education/ Certification
- I have a Bachelor of Arts with teacher certification.
- I am certified to teach grades 6-12 English.
- I am also an ESL-certified teacher.
Communication Methods
- I contact parents and students mainly through email.
- If you ever need information faster, email is the best option.
- If you need to speak to me, you can contact me during my planning periods (6th & 8th).
Favorites
- As an avid reader, I try to choose novels that I hope my students will enjoy.
- As a teacher, I love teaching fiction, specifically science fiction.
- Personally, on my own time, I love fiction as well, but horror is my favorite.
